Exchange Policy

Thailand
You are welcome to visit either of the Matara stores at Gaysorn Village or Central Embassy to make an exchange within 14 days of purchase.

Overseas
For overseas customers, you may make an exchange within 30 days after you have received the item. Please follow the steps below: 
1. Please contact Matara Customer Service at madamematara@gmail.com to let us know that you would like an exchange.
2. You will then receive a follow-up email and the Return Form. 
3. Kindly fill up the required information on the Return Form.

Terms & Conditions

All exchanges are subjected to the following terms and conditions.
1. Item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
2. For all exchanges via international post, the customer pays for all return freight or postal charges (two-way), including duty and tax, if applicable. 
3. Item for exchange must be of equal or higher value. Any excess will need to be paid for at one of our stores, via PayPal or bank transfer. No refund shall be given if the item to be exchanged for is less than the product originally purchased.
4. Matara will not be held responsible for lost packages. All exchanges must be delivered back to us using a traceable service with a tracking number.
5. If any of the above stated conditions are not met, Matara reserves the right to refuse any exchanges.

Incorrect Items & Damaged Items

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, you will be eligible for an exchange of the same item.
