For an intimate auction with a difference, Matara invited notable guests to bid in style amongst the prized jewelry pieces at Sindhorn Kempinski Hotel.

Following champagnes upon arrival and a private viewing of the dazzling pieces from the Christmas collection, VIPs joined the evening hosts Jongjin J, Managing Director of Matara, Salil A, Art Director of Matara, and Patchaploy M, Operating Director of Matara for the Auction of 2021.

During the auction, a toast was raised to Khun Kornvikka in congratulating her for winning the star of the auction – Matara Web of Love neckpiece which sold for 105,000THB – achieving a new record for Matara auction and setting the saleroom alight with fierce bidding from enthusiastic collectors, eager to secure their own piece of Matara.

Another highlight of the auction was the mini version of the Web of Love neckpiece, which was sold to Khun Cherry for 59,000THB.

A percentage of the proceeds from the auction will be donated to local organisations to help the people in our community.

The auction marked several milestones for Matara – it was the most successful year ever in the brand’s auction history both live and digitally online.
